By downloading, installing, or using Merge Armada ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the App.
Merge Armada is a backpack-management roguelite with arena combat. Progress in the App (Coins, Gems, Energy, Scrolls, Blueprints, Ships, Reactors, Protocols, and similar in-game items) has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money or anything of value outside the App, and exists only for use within the App.
The App starts with a guest account. In Profile > VOLARA ID you can link it to an e-mail address, a Google account or an Apple account (your Volara ID), and on iOS and Android the App also connects to Game Center or Google Play Games. If you stay a guest and uninstall the App or lose your device, we may be unable to restore your progress and purchases, so we recommend linking a Volara ID. The one-time bonus for linking your first Volara ID is given once per person, has no cash value, and may be changed or withdrawn. You are responsible for keeping access to any e-mail, Google, or Apple account you link to the App, and for anything that happens under your account. We may suspend or terminate an account we reasonably believe is being used to cheat, exploit, or abuse the App.
The App offers optional purchases of virtual currency (Gems), Ships, packs and other items, processed by Google Play or the App Store. The odds of every chest are published in the App under Settings > Legal > Loot Odds. The Season Pass is a one-time purchase for a single Season and does not renew. You can restore your purchases from Settings > Restore. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or by the policies of the store you purchased through — refund requests should go to Google Play or the App Store, not to us directly, though we are happy to help point you in the right direction at support@volara.dev.
The NO ADS pass and the VIP Monthly Card are optional auto-renewing subscriptions, offered at the price and period shown in the App before you buy. While NO ADS is active, the rewards of optional ads are given without watching them; VIP adds Gems and perks while the subscription is active. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date, and your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the price of that period.
You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your account settings on the App Store (Settings > your name > Subscriptions) or on Google Play (Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal; the period you already paid for stays active. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. A one-time purchase such as the VIP Lifetime Card does not renew.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App or its server communication; not to change your device clock or use bots, macros, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage; not to sell, trade, or transfer your account or in-game items outside of any feature we explicitly provide for that purpose; and not to use the App in any way that violates applicable law.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of balance changes as we continue developing it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Volara Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of in-game progress or purchased items. Where local law does not allow certain limitations of liability, those limitations apply only to the extent permitted.
You agree to indemnify and hold Volara Lab harmless from any claim, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to provide the App caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to outages of Google Play, the App Store, Firebase, or other third-party services the App depends on.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
We may update these Terms, and the App's balance, prices, and features, as the App evolves. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any of its features, or to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; these Terms remain binding on you regardless of any such assignment.
